While SuperCamp staff members do not receive college credit you will have a unique opportunity to interact with professionals in a variety of fields from all over the country. These could become valuable networking contacts, ultimately leading to employment opportunities.

What are the age and education requirements for Team Leaders?
Team Leaders must be at least 18 years of age (by June 15th) and be high school graduates.

Do I live outdoors with the campers?
Although SuperCamp is a camp, participants stay in college/university dormitories. Team Leaders also stay in the dorms in order to supervise campers in the evenings.

Staff members are provided with times throughout the ten-day program when they can go on breaks. In addition, time is provided between programs for much-needed R & R.

What training will I receive before I arrive?
Team Leaders will participate in five days of staff training prior to the arrival of campers. This on-site training will answer many of the questions that exist for new staff members.

Will I need a car?
You will not need a car but staff members are welcome to bring vehicles to their SuperCamp site. However, please bear in mind that you will be required to purchase a parking permit for the vehicle. Prices for these permits vary depending on the site. Quantum Learning Network will not pay any parking fines received by staff members.

Now that I am hired, what's next?
