Facilitators, the most visible leaders at SuperCamp, are chosen from among the top professional teachers and trainers in the country. Hundreds of applicants go through our selection process and only a few are chosen to train with SuperCamp. Many of our Facilitators have advanced degrees and, more importantly, all have a natural ability to engage every student and bring out their personal greatness. Facilitators receive around 200+ hours of on-site training in Quantum Learning methods before they direct the summer camp program.

Job Information:

  • Instruct, play, laugh, and learn with students.
  • Be a safe and healthy role model for students.
  • Work with a youthful, dynamic, and talented co-ed staff.
  • Deliver Quantum Learning/SuperCamp curriculum in front of up to 150 people.
  • Play big... real big.
  • Fly around the country or world to work SuperCamp - on our dime.
  • Facilitate and debrief large and small group discussions.
  • Take on hours of training and preparation in Quantum Learning/SuperCamp curriculum.
  • Mentor and learn from other staff members.
  • Uphold SuperCamp agreements, values, and beliefs.
  • Give time in March and late June for facilitator training.
  • Work hard to produce quality results for our program.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher.
  • Willing to try out in-person.
  • Available to attend pre-summer in-person training and conference calls.
  • Vibrant and engaging front-of-the-room presence.
  • Willing to accept guidance, direction, and supervision from manager & peers.
  • Professional in your written and verbal communication.
  • Love of learning.
  • Sound judgment, able to effectively problem solve, and the ability to build rapport through your leadership.
  • Integrity, honesty, kindness, humbleness, patience, and a genuine concern for others.
  • Excited to work with children in an indoor/outdoor setting and live in a close-knit community.
  • Experienced in teaching youth (Preferred).
