The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for "the big picture" of camp, including ensuring all logistical systems are in place and keeping track of all the main logistical duties. Effective Logistics Coordinators are extremely organized, detail-oriented, and familiar with SuperCamp. Also, they must manage and delegate other staff who are assisting with set-up of the site.

Job Information:

  • Keep the Main Room and Course Rooms clean.
  • Organize camp systems (drawer supply system).
  • Organize and update supplies as needed and support the Facilitators in creating the overall environment of camp.
  • Set up the Main Room for staff training.
  • Set up Course Rooms.
  • Model team work, cooperation, and the 8 Keys of Excellence.
  • Model excellent communication skills.
  • Be on call 24 hours a day.
  • Follow Quantum Learning Network policies and procedures.
  • Support in maintaining office coverage during camp breaks.

Requirements:

  • Either completed two years as a camper and one year of college OR completed one year as a SuperCamp staff member.
  • At least 19 years old (21 preferred).
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds.
  • Energy and stamina.
  • Organizational skills a must.
  • Foresight/Planning.
  • Flexibility/Problem solving skills.
  • Initiative/Self-managed.
  • Receptive to feedback.
  • Ability to delegate.
  • Effective communicator.
