Office Coordinators perform the clerical functions of camp and support the Site Administrator. To be successful, Office Coordinators must be proficient with computers and have office experience. Additionally, they must be comfortable handling multiple tasks; have excellent communication, management and organization skills; and be detail-oriented. Duties include, but are not limited to: making sure all staff and campers arrive according to schedule, managing transportation from the airport to camp, maintaining staff and camper records and facilitating dorm room assignments.

*The SuperCamp Programs Department selects Office Coordinators based on performance and the needs of SuperCamp.

Job Information:

  • Help Site Administrator set up camp office space, supplies, and equipment.
  • Set up and operate functioning computer system.
  • Assist Site Administrator with administrative/business functions of camp.
  • Assist in the overall safety of camp.
  • Follow Quantum Learning Network policies and procedures.
  • Model excellent communication skills.
  • Model teamwork, cooperation, and the 8 Keys of Excellence.
  • Be on call 24 hours a day.
  • Eliminate/minimize property damage through awareness/training.
  • Help organize check-in, food service, rooms, transportation, and check-out for staff/campers.
  • Make sure the office is open and the phone is answered from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM each day of camp; check the phone hourly after 8:00 PM and return calls immediately. If you are in the office after 8:00 PM and the phone rings, answer the phone.
  • Assist with camp breakdown, shipping, and storage.

Requirements:

  • Office experience and knowledgeable with computer programs such as Microsoft Office.
  • At least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Professional in your verbal and written communication.
  • SuperCamp experience (preferred).
