The main responsibility of the Wellness Person is to maintain camp (staff/campers) healthcare and hygiene. When needed, the Wellness Person provides emergency medical treatment to SuperCamp campers and staff and, if necessary, coordinates a camper's or staff member's transportation to a local medical facility to receive further treatment. An effective Wellness Person is organized, has a solid understanding of First Aid/CPR procedures, and maintains clear communication with staff and parents. You are there to have fun with the kids too!

Job Information:

  • Organize and distribute medication for up to 150 people.
  • Document injuries.
  • Be an active participant in camp.
  • Be approachable on any related issue to both staff and campers.
  • Follow Quantum Learning Network policies and procedures.
  • Offer any support you can lend to the office.

Requirements:

  • Valid CPR/First Aid Certification (required).
  • At least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Professional in your verbal and written communication.
  • EMT/LPN/RN (preferred).
