Your last step towards SuperCamp is the interview. Choose one of three interview options:
1: WebCam Live
2: YouTube or DVD
3: In Person
Interview Criteria - all interviews require:
A. Your name, the position you are applying for, and how you heard about SuperCamp.
B. Your work experience - what have you done in the past that is relevant to SuperCamp and working with youth.
C. Your leadership skills - describe a time when you excelled as a leader.
D. Talents and skills you have - and also things about yourself that you are working to improve.
E. If you squeeze olives to get olive oil how do you get baby oil?
F. A phone conversation with us after we watch your interview.
1. Webcam Live (preferred)
This allows us to interact and virtually meet you for 15-20 minutes. If you do not have a web cam and microphone and cannot borrow one, you can purchase one ($15) from places like Target or Wal-Mart. Once you have your web cam, call us to schedule your interview.
2. YouTube or DVD
Create an approximate 4 minute 32 second video that answers the above A-F in a fun way. Send us a link to the YouTube site (Title your video with your name.) DVD is also accepted (no VHS, beta, or film reels).
Once we have watched your interview, we will contact you to schedule a phone conversation.
